What is “Ful & Filled”?
“Ful & Filled” is a tongue-in-cheek way of combining the words fulfilled and fulfilled. That is, this ministry’s position is that Jesus came and fulfilled, as it were, the Old Covenant (which was a type) and also the ethical stipulations of the Old Covenant—but in different ways. The former He fulfilled in the sense of bringing to fruition that which anticipated and pointed to Him, and the latter He fulfilled in the sense of restoring, confirming, and establishing in full measure. These two different senses of fulfillment represent this ministry’s position on both covenant theology and the study of God’s law.
Furthermore, the words ful[l] and filled allude to theological concepts such as being filled with the Spirit, knowledge, and righteousness, as well as being full of joy, peace, light, and good works.
About the Ministry
“Ful & Filled” is an apologetics ministry of sorts, dedicated to thinking deeply about theological and philosophical issues. It is a ministry that takes a distinct stance on various areas of theological study. It aligns with the Particular Baptist view of covenant theology, advocates for a high view of God’s law, is presuppositional in its apologetics, and holds an optimistic eschatology.
The founder of the ministry is a devoted student of the Word who enjoys studying and thinking deeply about different theological positions and examining their merit. He is the author of NO OTHER GOSPEL, a commentary on Galatians, in which he implicitly argues for his views on covenant theology and the law, and their compatibility, at least within the context of the epistle.
